Artificial intelligence (AI):
The Province wishes to provide a framework for practices linked to the use of AI, and has validated a best practice guide designed to assist its agents in their professional uses of AI. The purpose of the guide is to raise awareness of the ethical, legal and organizational issues involved, and to encourage responsible, controlled and proportionate use.
For example:
- Do not enter any sensitive data
- Consider AI as an occasional support for writing, analysis, etc., and not for the complete delegation of the task.
- Always subject generated results to human control and validation before publication or distribution
- Specify explicitly the origin of the AI.
